From small businesses to Canadian-created chains, there are many places to stop in Mississauga to get your next best cup of joe. If you are not sure where to find great coffee, check out this list of the best cafes in Mississauga.
Located in Cooksville, Halo Espresso Bar is a small cafe located five minutes from our Embassy Apartments and Royal Tower. The cozy atmosphere perfectly compliments their extensive menu of baked goods, beverages and in-house roasted coffee. Better yet, Halo is a more affordable option compared to select larger coffee chains. Check them out on Hurontario Street.
Our second pick in Cooksville is RoyalTea Mississauga. Located in King Shepard Square and a short walk from our Royal Tower and Embassy Apartments, this Canadian-born chain brings authentic Asian style tea to the community. If you’re a fan of fruit, milk tea and/or boba, you do not want to miss out on this place.
Another great boba spot is I Heart Boba in Applewood Heights. This Taiwanese franchise offers a variety of sandwiches, smoothies, coffees, juices as well as cream and iced teas at a very reasonable price. If you like fun flavours, they have them. Whether you prefer to walk or drive, I Heart Boba is close to Strathroy Manor, Bristol Arms Apartments and Linwood Apartments on Dixie Road.
For all of our vegan friends out there, The Cold Pressery in Applewood Heights is the perfect spot for you. Also on Dixie Road, this upscale cafe is located inside Revibe and is just a 7-minute drive from our Bristol Arms Apartments, Linwood Apartments and Strathroy Manor locations. Stop in and grab an açaí bowl, superfood smoothie, juice or even a wellness shot.
Another notable cafe is Back Road Coffee Roasters in Port Credit, a mere 3-minute drive from our Elizabeth Towers in Mississauga. Serving a variety of coffees, teas and baked ‘bites’, this family-owned business celebrates their love for travelling Canada by motorcycle through their unique atmosphere and delicious menu. Find this hidden gem at 133 Queen Street E.
Last, but certainly not least, is GeLatté in Port Credit. This classy spot is located a few steps away from the Port Credit GO Station and right around the corner from our Elizabeth Towers. Indulge in their unique Gefrappé’s, along with their many options for coffee, tea, smoothies and pastries. With indoor and patio seating, this cafe is perfect year-round.
