The Great Outdoors

Recreation is a big part of what makes Long Branch so wonderful. Long Branch Park, located directly across the street from our Lake Promenade Apartments, is a three-and-a-half-acre park with picnic tables, a gazebo, and a children's playground. The largest park in Long Branch is Marie Curtis Park at 100-acres. This park, just a short drive or walk from our buildings, features several nature trails, quiet areas to sit by the water, a beautiful supervised beach, scenic picnic areas, a children's playground, and a wading pool.

Unbeatable Amenities

Most of your daily errands and shopping excursions can easily be carried out within the district. There are over 125 shops and businesses along Lake Shore Boulevard West, just north of our apartment buildings. Shopping centres like Sherway Gardens, Dixie Outlet Mall, SmartCentres Etobicoke, and other department stores are about a 10-minute drive away.

Delicious Dining

Dining out is easy with the wide selection of restaurants and pubs here in Long Branch. You'll find elegant dining at Pulcinella, casual eats at Woody's Burgers, and battered seafood at Long Branch Fish & Chips. There are also great coffee shops like Fair Grounds Organic Café or the Black Goat Café, just minutes from our apartment buildings.

Easy Travel

Travelling around the city is easy when you live in Long Branch! The GO train station is just 4 minutes from our Lake Promenade Community apartments, and the GO transit bus service is an easy way to connect with Union Station or the Toronto subway line. Highway access includes the QEW, Highway 427, and the Gardiner Expressway.
